It is my pleasure to welcome you to Agricultural Development Trust's Shardabai Pawar Arts, Commerce & Science College, Shardanagar - a campus that stands at the confluence of rural rootedness and academic advancement. Since its inception, the college has worked with a clear mission: to provide equitable access to quality higher education, particularly to students from rural and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Our journey from a women's college to a co-educational, multi-faculty institution has been guided by a strong commitment to academic rigour, holistic development and social sensitivity. Today, the college offers a wide range of programmes across Arts, Commerce, Science, Home Science, Computer Science, BBA(CA) and B.Voc, with advanced opportunities at the postgraduate and doctoral levels. Recognitions such as NAAC 'A' Grade, DSIR-SIRO status, DBT-STAR College scheme and UGC support reflect our sustained efforts in strengthening teaching-learning, research and extension.

We believe that education should not only prepare students for examinations but also for life. To this end, we emphasise interactive pedagogy, ICT-enabled classrooms, laboratory-based learning, community outreach, NSS activities, sports, cultural platforms, competitive examination guidance and career counselling. Equal emphasis is placed on values such as integrity, respect, gender equity, environmental consciousness and civic responsibility.

Our faculty members are dedicated to mentoring students, encouraging them to question, explore, innovate and excel. The supportive non-teaching staff, strong alumni connect, and proactive management further enhance the institutional ecosystem. We are also continuously aligning our initiatives with the National Education Policy (NEP) and emerging national priorities in higher education, skill development and research.
